Hiking

End of the exams meant that.... we are gonna do all the stuff that we wanted to but couldn't because of the exams.
(try saying that in one breathe. that's what I did when I typed them all. haha)

Top of our list was to check out the status of our flat.
I stopped following the status for quite some time.
The last I read, the piling work has completed so we thought it was a good time to check out the status.

We were darn glad to see the good progress!
The void deck of our flat is almost completed.
After that, they will be building at supersonic speed (lol.. exaggerated a little).
Seriously.. after that its almost like lego building so it shouldn't take too long yea?

The unit at the extremely right corner is where our apartment is gonna be.
Except that it will be on #11 floor. =)

The photo was taken from an existing block in front of our construction.
We were snapping photos and discussing (not too softly) outside other people's apartment.
Fortunately, none of the resident complained or chased us away.
Friendly future neighbours. Hahaha..

Then we had lunch at Rail Mall's coffee bean.
Tried their shepherd's pie and beef bolognaise.
Wasn't too bad, wasn't too fantastic either.
But looks good on camera! (taken on SE Arc)

We were talking about wedding bands as I was sharing with dabian on cartier rose gold rings.
Don't know why the girls on the next table suddenly talked about engagement too.
Me being the busybody was so distracted at their conversation and wasn't paying attention to what dabian was saying.
Anyway I was eavesdropping. They were talking LOUDLY.
Who knows they eavesdropped on us first. Hmm...


Next stop.... Guess where we went?!

I have been nagging dabian to hike with me since like forever.

So we finally did it!
The sky wasn't looking too optimistic when we were lunching.
Fortunately, the clouds dispersed and the weather was good.

My hair looks dyed here! And I love it!! (that's my natural hair colour though)
Dabian is smirking for dunno what reason and he is obviously looking at my swivel camera screen! Haha..

This was before the 'meeting' begins.

I can't remember how it started but somehow our agenda changed soon after.

Gathering turning into 're-employment' session.

Well.. can't really classify as re-employment.

Technically, we didn't quit the job.

zy and jy are still teaching there.

The rest of us just stopped working because NPark decided to chase us out of Bishan Park and due to other commitments.

And so.. the negotiation begins..

Round 1: CS vs ZY

Everyone waits in anticipation while the boss did his calculations.

Everyone focused on boss while he deliberated the verdict.

Verdict: Proposal accepted. Time to collect our new shirts!

We met with the intention of catching up nia..

Its amazing how close our friendship is.

Meeting the BSP part timers is always enjoyable and filled with laughter.

Glad I skipped the financial talk just to meet up with this awesome friends.

I'M BLOGGING BECAUSE I'M HAPPY AND HAPPY PEOPLE BLOGS! LOL!

That kinda means I have been unhappy for the past one year?!! O__O

Omg... the exams are FINALLY OVER!!

Can you ever imagine an entire month of exams?!! *horrifying*

Having exams at the expo is no joke intimidating.

Gives me the jitters walking into the exam hall and down the rows to my seat.

And then we gotta wait half an hour for them to count the THOUSANDS of scripts before they could release us. T__T

ONE MORE YEAR!! I CAN DO IT!! (can I?)

I hope I graduate smoothly and get a job in the banking industry!! *fingers crossed*
