Suddenly feel like I have drifted away from the rest. =(

Totally regret not buying Genting SP previously. It was only 1.19 when I was considering on buying. Now... it has raised to 2.09.

So much for saving that small amount of money when I could have earn more. ALOT MORE! Thanks Mr Lim (my finance lecturer) for the constant reminder on how successful Genting SP is. T__T

Money money money... in need of money to pay for my school fees and clear my debts (still owe dad $5k). Why is Uni so expensive?! =(

Long long weekend

The long weekend was spent lazing around and meet-ups. Totally love long weekends! Can't wait for the next one in Nov.


Thursday

Apparently, we were the few companies that had the eve holiday. The rest were either working or schooling. Spent half the day snoozing. Woke up late for movie with mo in the afternoon.

Going The Distance is a good show! With execellent cast. I love Justin Long in whatever romance comedy. My type of cute boy! HAHAHA... Anyway the show was so much better than the previous romance comedy I watched. They are such a cute couple. =)


Friday

Hari Raya Puasa!

Met up with TLL mates. Felt kinda out-of-league because half the table is working/studying in the lifescience field. Don't talk to me about stem cells and genetics.. I sorta forgot everything. Eeekks..

Nevertheless, it was a good gathering. Met new friends and catch-up with the rest. The usual restaurant, the yummy good food and a bunch of really high intellectual people. Ai Khim was trying to psycho the undergrads to work for her during the holidays. XDD

After the scumptious lunch... kite-ing session at Marina Barrage. Our spirits were not dampened by the damp weather. The Barrage was suprisingly crowded with lots of kites in the sky.

It's either we donn't have the skill or the luck, it took us a great effort to set our kite up. In fact, I didn't manage to get it up at all. There was no wind and the place was too crowded, all the effort put in to set the kite up totally worn me out after a while. All those running and jumping.... X__X

In the end, only weijie managed to fly both kites. -___- Lady luck was bias towards him that day. The wind was strong when he attempted to fly our kites!! =(

Saturday

Woke up early for breakfast with dabian, then headed to watch the rest 'Speedball' at Red Dynasty.

The weather was blazing hot that day. It almost killed me even though I was not in the game. XD Left the place earlier because I had class in the afternoon. Was feeling drowsy throughout the lesson. I can't imagine what its going to be like if I joined the game in the morning. =X

Belated Anniversary Celebration

Dinner at Tomoizakaya. A cosy restaurant along Clarke Quey. Surprisingly reasonably priced good food. I used to think the place is expensive. Shall visit the place again one day. =)

Sucks big time when everything is done up primly and that I have to edit everything at the eleventh-hour because of blah-blah-blah reasons. What a good example of Asymmetry Information outside the banking context.


Not only is it a chore to redo everything, it also reflects badly on me, at your negligence. What would my superior say/think? They would think that I’m incapable, unorganized and passive towards update. So it’s my fault that I was not updated because you didn’t share the information with me even though I asked multiple times?! WTH! 为什么每一次都是我背黑锅?!!

Sidenote: I think I need to take up Business Japanese Courses.

Had a awful fall this evening, an awfully embarrassing one too. While alighting from the coach at vivo city, my right heel got stuck to the step and I fell onto the busstop in an awkward position. Its as if I was kneeling on the steps of the bus while attempting to do pushups with my hands on the dirty ground. Worst thing is that there were quite a number of people at the busstop at that point of time. How embarrassing can it get??!!!

HAPPY 6th ANNIVERSARY!!

Seems like yesterday when dabian asked me to be his gf... I remembered it took a whole 10 minutes for me to reply. That was probably the right-est decision I've ever made.

We met in the most unexpected way. We had the most unusual first date. We started dating at the most inappropriate period. I guess no one would have thought that we'd made it this far. But we did. =)

Dabian has been a big part of my life since the day we first held hand. I've grown to become so reliant on him. Its hard to imagine life without dabian. Its like vines without its parent tree for support. I'm glad he isn't tired of me sticking to him all the time. Lol...

A longer stroll to MBS. We couldn’t find the entrance from the Helix Bridge, hence, made a detour to the entrance on the other side of the road. The heat was unbelievable. Blazing, blazing hot sun.

We were praying hard for a good weather the entire week. Because we were going kite flying!

Went to shop for a kite on Sat before class. Something cute when we shopped.

We were the only ones with chairs there. Lols…

It was easy to set the kite flying. The wind was strong, my dog was flying high and we were afraid it will fly away. Lols….

After an hour or so, the wind starts weaken. Probably due to the soon-coming rain.

Dabian attempted to set the kite with a run. There was practically no wind at that period of time. The only kites left flying were the bigger ones which were flying at a great attitude already.

Ashton

Since dad wasn’t around, I decided to treat mum, dabian and the fat boys. First time dining at Ashton for Mum and the fat boys.

Took the wheel to and fro SSC. Hurray for the good drive today! I’M NO LONGER A YISHUN DRIVER!! =)
